These practices include, but not limited to:

• Partnering with clients to use non-chemical strategies, such as sanitation and exclusion measures, as primary methods of pest management
• Investigating for the source of the problem, and eliminate it, before applying pesticides
• Using pesticides only when absolutely necessary
