In 2010, Batzner was awarded the "Top Workplaces 2010" award by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This award celebrates organizations that provide their employees with a great place to work. Companies recognized as a Top Workplace have been selected following a survey of their employees – and only the companies that employees have rated as the best companies to work for have received the award; workers themselves determined the rankings. Milwaukee Magazine and MRA - 'Best Places To Work'
In 2008, Batzner was recognized as one of the "Best Places To Work " in Southeast Wisconsin by Milwaukee Magazine and MRA. This award was earned by completing a rigorous and highly competitive selection process based on data that we provided that included our company benefit program, training program, community involvement, and compensation program. They also surveyed over 80% of our staff asking them how they would rate Batzner as an employer.
