My all around experience with Batzner has been wonderful, from talking with Brenda on the phone, to our technician Haley being so helpful and knowledgeable.

Eric explained what he was spraying and was very thorough. I also appreciated that he pointed out a crack in the masonry that may lead to mice getting in so we could get that fixed.

The technician was prompt and completed the service in a timely fashion. Always satisfied with Batzner.

I don’t want anyone else coming except Damon, we feel so comfortable with him and he knows what we need and always willing to help us out with any problems that arise. He’s very knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. We are very happy with his service.

The exterminator you guys sent out was very polite when she came to our home she informed us of what she was doing as she was doing it. She also gave us tips to keep things sanitary and keep the pest out. She was kind had amazing communication and worked with excellent standards. I can tell she really enjoys her job and made us feel very comfortable while working around our family. I told her I was embarrassed we had roaches she reassured me There was nothing to be embarrassed about. She sees these type of things all the time and that is why she is here to help if I ever need assistance again I’m going to request that my landlord sends her we received excellent service today.
