Chris was extremely helpful in educating us about our possible mouse issue. He took the time to help us figure out what was going on and took care of checking for entry points, blocking the ones he found, and very knowledgeable on how to keep from havng any more issues. Chris has always been very helpful and attentive to his eork here, whether it be insects, bees, mice or other pests. Thank you, Chris, for all your hard work.

This review is specifically regarding Service Technician Jason Kryszak from Batzner. He has been servicing my home for more than 20 years and overall, he is incredible. He is very reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, thorough, timely, diligent, and friendly. I cannot recommend him enough. I do have some concerns with Batzner, but as long as Jason remains my technician, I am confident my home will remain pest free.

I've used batzner for about 25 years. Recently techs were unable to find a new mouse entry point until Dayman Newman arrived. He not only found it but sealed it well. His second visit was today and there wasn't a single sign that mice were in my house! Thank you so much, Dayman! You go above and beyond, every time!

I hate bugs. Batzner always takes care of all of the creepy things. After moving into a new house I wanted to make sure it is healthy and no bugs and things. Saxton came and took care of any and all of my concerns. He explained things to me, was happy to answer any questions I had and was very thorough with his spraying so I have no worries. Very happy with my service. Thank you.

We had Jerome come out and he is just so easy to work with. My wife was home and couldn’t get the snowblower working. Jerome happens to be there he took like 1 minute and got the thing going again. What a great guy!!!

Jerome comes and sprays our house and we haven’t seen a bug at all! He installed a new rodent shield and spray foam in the basement for our mouse problems. Thank you Jerome!

The mice in my walls were a real problem, but Batzner pest control saved my walls and sanity! Rob, the inspector was professional and friendly. I went with attic and basement remediation services recommended by our tech Jerome Capps, who was also great to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, clean, and easy to work with. Services are pricey, but worth every penny considering the mice are no longer scratching at my walls! You get what what you pay for and I recieved excellent work done. I'll definitely be recommending this company and specific employees to anyone I know with pest problems!

Couldn't ask for a nicer, more efficient service technician to take care of our home. Chris is awesome!!! He also brought in our garbage bin - and we didn't even ask him to do that. 😀

Cody was excellent and very quiet doing the outside assessment for mice, because I work odd hours, and he was also very nice about my having to reschedule due to my schedule!! Great customer service!!

Ian did an amazing job with looking over the interior and exterior of our home. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend him as a service provider; unfortunately his route is more southern WI. Our service provider before Ian, Scott, also did an amazing job. I love Batzner for these two providers, but dislike how the company itself moved Scott away from residential and the company itself also missed the fall appointment. Thank you Ian and Scott for your combined services. You guys deserve a raise!!!

We’ve had a great experience with Batzner Pest Control. Ian provided excellent customer service from start to finish and did a tremendous job taking care of all of our pest control needs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in the service. While Batzner may be a little more on the pricey side compared to some other options, the level of expertise and outstanding customer service Ian provided more than makes up for it.
