Made an appointment to remove a large bees nest. Got a quick appointment with Haley. Unfortunately the appointment time came during a bad storm, complete with tornado warning. Haley rescheduled the appointment for 2 days later. She showed up exactly when she said. And took care of the issue completely. Very happy with the level of service.

Isaiah did a great job, I’m really thankful he was able to get the hornet nest in our garage taken care of. Made sure we avoided that area for three days. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Had a good experience. Was able to get someone out next day for a big wasp nest. Haley was fantastic, communicated well and had good follow up.

Great customer service

Our technician was on time, very thorough and did an amazing job. Explained everything that she was doing and what the problem was.

Shout out to Kimberly B. Her customer service was top tier. She was thorough and extremely professional. She was concerned about her schedule yet she took the time to explain the process, offer suggestions and answered my many questions.

Had bugs, called Batzner, no longer have bugs. Staff is always on time, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. If you need pests gone, Batzner is the way to go.

Ryan always does a great job keeping us informed of what is going on with our property. He really cares about his work and we are happy he is our technician!

Erick is the best , caring person always on time n explain what’s he is doing.

Jason is always very polite and professional. Enjoy having him around.

I am only rating a 5 star to Jonathan Wannenmacher who came and did my service today. He went out of his way after several days of frustration with customer service to actually find out what was going on with my appointment. As being a first time customer I am frustrated. I been through the run around with poor customer service with scheduling of people not knowing what they are doing. I had to change my work schedule and personal plans due to the inconvenience of Batzner’s employees. I hope I do not receive this type of customer service going forward.

They are always very helpful and kind! We have had them come out for a few issues and they always seem to take care of the problem! We had a fly problem and they found the source and sprayed to get rid of the pesky flies!

We have had great results from Batzner. They got rid of ants and other creepy creatures inside and outside of our house. The rep who services our property is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and tells me what he is doing during the visit and addresses any concerns that I have about any pests.

Shaun Starks was an amazing technician. Good job Batzner for hiring him. He deserves a huge bonus!

Jason was absolutely amazing! From the time he arrived, he put my mind at ease by thoroughly explaining the services and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and had a very warm demeanor. I don’t doubt that’s he’s a client’s favorite technician. After one visit with Jason, I’ve already seen a drastic difference in the amount of bug activity I was seeing in my home. Thanks to Jason, I’m happy I switched my pest control service to Batzner.
