Thomas and Nate went above and beyond their service duties of re-attaching the garage siding!! They even helped my husband change a flat tire!! They were super friendly and helpful!!

Thomas and Nick came out today to add rodent retardant insulation to my attic. They were very professional. They cleaned up the very minimal mess that was made from adding the insulation. They also looked for additional entry points and gave potential solutions to the problem I’m having. i’m very pleased with my experience today.

We are so happy with our decision to have batzner take care of pest control maintenance as well as checking things over for any mice activity. Chris was phenomenal-super friendly and the utmost professional. I have had batzner take care of me in years past and have always been happy with their results.

I had Ian out tonight for a follow up after our initial appointment with a different tech. To say he knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. He went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were not only heard, but were also addressed. I could not be more pleased with the level of service he provided. I was so disappointed with the initial appointment that I was ready to cancel my service after only a week. His attention to detail and willingness to leave no stone unturned absolutely wowed me and completely restored my faith in Batzner. This guy deserves a raise.

Ian texted me when he was arriving and showed up on time. He thoroughly went over everything he would be doing as he went along. He's very personable and efficient!

Suspected Vole (uncommon INside) and mice due to sightings of vole and droppings in basement. Spoke with Ian who handles our hornet/wasp outside maintenance and he was great!! Quickly referred us to area inspector Scott (came out for massive yellow jacket hive in garage many years ago) and who was able to come out on short notice Wednesday. Scott was amazing. Showed us breaches where he suspected mice were getting in and scheduled to have technician come and resolve. A little glitch by ppl scheduling and once again, Ian to the rescue!! Worked us into his day and within a few minutes, had trapped the vole!! Took care of a few major gaps and will be returning with Scott next week to continue servicing our home. Sooo relieved and so extremely happy with the prompt arrangement and service by Ian and Scott’s knowledge and professionalism. Would recommend these two for resolve of any pest issues. Thanks guys! Great job!
