We have been using Batzner for a few months and are so pleased with our experience. Scheduling is seamless and even adding an additional appointment if we are still seeing some pests is always so simple and accommodating. We have specifically always had an exceptional service with Dan K. He always calls to notify when he is on the way and explains everything with great detail. One particular instance he came for an appointment and while at our house noticed something concerning that we weren’t even aware of and was able to take care of it that day. I think that speaks volumes to his work ethic in that he was looking at the whole house not just the specific concern we had originally made an appointment for! We always hope we get Dan to treat our house!

Highly recommend! We had a bad rodent problem at our factory and in a short period of time our tech Jacob Lapp eliminated all the mice. The monthly service calls continue to keep them away, even during the cold months.

Andy has been my technician since I moved into the house I remodeled 2 years ago! Andy was so helpful in providing direction to me on how to remediate a mouse problem that he discovered then and has provided the same diligent service since when servicing my home’s interior & exterior. I have complete confidence and trust in Andy and he always gone above and beyond to help. He even took the time to help me get my keep my Jeep out of a huge snow pile that was at the end of my driveway last winter which I’m pretty sure… isn’t part of his job description!!! A huge thank you to him for going that extra distance once again to help me! I wish all service companies had more employees like Andy. It’s a good bar to set!!!!

Jacob did an excellent job in exterminating the yellow jackets. It took a couple visits as they were hard to get out. I will use Batzner Pest Control in the future.

Was a little upset due to the fact that I had tried calling the customer service number and was put on hold for 30 minutes, then hung up on. Then tried calling back and every time I’d get finished entering all of my information the phone would hang up. Lack of better terms; customer service not the best. My technician Jake did a fantastic job though! Over all, my 5 stars is going toward Jake for being so helpful!

Our Rep Jacob does a great and efficient job when he is here. He explains what he needs to do and he communicates in advance when he is going to be here. That helps us to be very efficient in our business.
