The entire team that showed up to work on our house was pleasant and respectful. The communication before, during and after the work was completed was informative and helpful, and they addressed each of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in the stated timeframe.

Ian was a great technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very bad ant infestation and it’s day two and I’m not seeing a single one in the areas where they were swarming before. I see a couple random ones here and there, but for the most part they’re gone. It looks like they will be gone by tomorrow. Very happy with the service I received!

I have had a great experience with Batzner Pest. My exterminator John was very nice and courtesy, very helpful and informed me of the things to look out when it comes to outside and inside Pest. I have had a great experience with John serving me.
