We had a tremendous mouse problem. The company has been conscientious in finding the "highway" and plugging it. We now have had no mouse evidence for several month. A special commendation to Jerome who has come the past several times. He has been courteous, friendly, and professional while being very effective in the extermination arm of the company.

Our technician, Ken, did a thorough job and explained what he was doing at the start and finish of the job. He also answered many of my other pest issues/ questions.

My technician ,Scott N…. Makes the experience well worthwhile. He is punctual and knowledgeable and does a great job. The company is willing to meet requests. Unfortunately I still have to figure out the pest solution

We have had Batzner for almost 5 years and have always been satisfied with their work! They are always prompt with appointments and let us know when they're on their way. On the rare occasion that we've had an issue outside of a scheduled appointment, they have also been prompt to get someone out to assess and solve the problem. The technicians are also friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable!
