The technician (Jon) who came to my house was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, provided some good tips and checked all areas (inside/outside) for possible rodent access points.

Company isn’t great, communication between offices isn’t great, schedulers try to switch requested technician every time, only reason I’m still a customer is because of one technician, Chris Baer. Excellent customer service, really cares, actually tries to help, listens, friendly. 5 stars for Chris!
